Golden Gardens Devolopment

Golden Gardens Housing Development is a planned Gated Community located on a 20-acre parcel of land in the lush green plains of the town of Valencia in close proximity to its Main Road junction intersection.

This project will include approximately 50 housing units, each built on 10,000 sq. ft. of land, which will ensure adequate space for additional amenities such as fruit trees, a kitchen garden, and any other requirements that a prospective buyer may desire. Plans for a community center that will house a daycare center and a recreational park have already been approved, and the provision of a holistic medical center and healthcare hotel is in the planning stages. The establishment of retail convenience shops will be actively encouraged. These features are integrated into our concept of a planned middle-income housing development and will enhance living standards and conditions.

The proposed sizes in our lotification/master plan are above average and amount to approximately 10,000 sq. ft. We recognize the need for homeowners to have sufficient space for their recreational requirements and to engage in private projects. We are also committed to preserving the environment and the watercourse that meanders through the northern section of the site. A recreational park is planned along its banks, which will see trees planted, seating facilities provided, and a play park for children, an ideal location for residents and their families to relax after a hard day’s work.

Our housing concepts are designed to satisfy the needs of modern living. All our unit-type designs have adequate accommodations in each 3-bedroom unit. There are optional design choices for both the single-story and two-story units. All include an integrated carport.
